Hi Alec, <div>&nbsp;</div> For small teams, I find that Rational Team Concert is indispensable for agile planning, documenting decisions in work items, linkage between source code and work items, in-context collaboration and source code management capabilities. If there are scaling factors such as regulatory/compliance, geographically distributed teams, large team sizes, domain complexity, or others, bringing in more sophisticated features for quality management (management of test plans, cases, scripts, etc) such as Rational Quality Manager and more sophisticated features for requirements management (UI, sketches, docs, etc) such as Rational Requirements Composer can be very helpful. Again, I think it's important to focus on what you you need to do to get the job done and your particular situation.
