We have also updated the DevOps Workshop to ensure it is fully aligned with Digital Transformation Model, including using the Survey as optional pre-work before workshop. The DevOps workshop is a no cost ‘discovery and assessment’ workshop to understand your software delivery goals and objectives and identify challenges and issues that prevent attainment. We have delivered dozens of workshops over the last few years, with consistently great feedback. These workshops provide an opportunity for your leaders to interact with our deep domain experts through whiteboard discussions. Following the workshop, a recommendations report will be provided with a prioritized list of DevOps practices and a strategic roadmap for your adoption.
If you have not already, please contact your IBM account team for a discussion about the DevOps Workshop or get started by taking this survey.
