Developing and testing mobile applications can be exciting and challenging. There is high expectation from users on the usability and quality of your mobile application. At the same time, you have to deal with a fragmented set of mobile devices, platforms and programming models (Web, native, and hybrid), and integration with a wide-range of back-end systems. Alignment and collaboration between the mobile front-end and back-end services teams are essential to ensuring that time-to-market requirements and quality goals are met.
