You gotta love the “why” kids.
We all know them and many of us have them in our own houses – I do. They won’t rest when you have graciously shared (sometimes declared) good answers based on your decades of learning and life experience. They always want to know more and definitely want to know “why”.

The @AustinIIC (IBM Innovation Center) is working with the local startup ecosystem through IBM Global Entrepreneur to take the newest ideas and technologies and help solve some of our customer’s big problems.
For example, we show how IBM products like TeaLeaf and Coremetrics can help target and personalize marketing across multiple channels or how to better create and ensure a seamless cross-channel customer experience.
Our close relationship with the entrepreneurial community in Austin has shown us that there are a lot of great ideas being developed here that apply to the solution area IBM refers to as Smarter Commerce.
To learn more about it, get a copy of the IBM Institute for Business Value study on this subject or visit ibm.co/AustinIIC and look at our upcoming events for Smarter Commerce so you can come join the conversation in person.
