But, #CXO is a new one for me – Customer Experience Optimization.
A big part of the mission for the Austin IBM Innovation Center is to continue working with local software companies by helping them get their experience and innovation in the hands of the businesses around the world. One of the most import ways to do that these days is by taking advantage of #BigData and #Analytics.
Today, I want to share some places to learn more about the subject while engaging in the conversation to hear about “experiences” software companies are having using Big Data and Analytics.
Christy Maver just posted a great discussion about Hadoop that not only compared the different distribution types, but also compared the economics of open source vs. enterprise.
This week, Bob Palmer kicked off a blog series that will discuss highlights from the latest IBM Institute for Business Value Study on Analytics that was just published in October. Part 1 kicks off with a great discussion about producing business results thru the use of Big Data and Analytics. Do you know the 9 levers of differentiation that set today’s leaders apart from their peers?
