I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to talk about the IBM Champion program, alongside Oliver Heinz, IBM Collaboration Solutions (ICS) Community Manager, and podcasters, Amy Smith, and Julie Brown, of ICS User Experience.
Since taking on this role in April, I've been working behind the scenes to understand the workings of the program, keep it on track, and envision improvements for the future. The real stars of the program are, of course the, Champions themselves, and the amazing IBM brand leaders who work with them.
In this podcast, we discuss who the IBM Champions are, what benefits they get from the program, what IBM gets from the program, what the scope of the program is, and gain some insight into how Oliver runs the ICS Community, and how the Champions interact with one another.
