Where is the location of the acknowlegdement (997) of a SQL server table database

The actual 997 data is not stored within a table.  It is stored within the file system.  Information retrieved from the 997 is stored within the database, within the data flow tables.
 
Below is the acknowledgement status information that exists within the Gentran:Server database that the customer can generate reports with.
