How to request a new Standards file for the Legacy version of Sterling Gentran:Server for Microsoft Windows

We have many customers still running Gentran:Server for Microsoft Windows, release 5.2, which is considered a legacy version of the software. Legacy software Users must submit an e-mail to request the product and patch files. Do not use this process to request a new Standards file download, because it is not available on the Legacy software download website. The Standards file is not specific to any version of Gentran:Server for Windows, and can be downloaded from the Passport Advantage Software download website
