The error is caused by the attempt to logon to an ERP2005 or higher system using a set of SAPGui controls that cannot handle case sensitive passwords. The SAP Gui controls are converting the password entered to upper case, even when the password is lower case.

For resolution, on the SAP side, change the user password to upper case; correspondingly, edit the Inbound Properties User Password and Confirm Password fields in the Route Information screen in the SAP Configuration of the Gentran SAP Extension.
