i think with "PowerLinux" you could directly refer to Enterprise Linux Distributions i.e. just that able to provide a commercial support. Oddly enough is that these ones don't really support every POWER equipped machines but the only POWER6/POWER7 based ones.

 
Luckily there are Community distros also capable to offer elegant solutions and fast systems with 32 or 64bit userlands. I can think to Gentoo, CRUX PPC and Fedora. And Debian but still based on 32bit only userlands.
