Never Let Up on Training...All Great Leaders are Learners! 

Start off the 2015 New Year with ECM product training delivered by IBM product certified instructors or through our Global Training Providers.

I wrote a previous article to identify important resources that our clients may take advantage of: 

Knowledge Resources:  How can I help myself when errors occur.  This article focuses on the training resource listed in that article.  Many of our customers do not realize that IBM ECM Education offers private onsite training in addition to the training offered by our partners.   
 

IBM ECM product training is available to our customers via two options:  

• Global Training Providers (GTPs)  - IBM outsources all public training to our partners.  If a customer is requesting a Service-Provider Virtual class (SPVC), it must be scheduled directly through our partners.  These training providers include:

• Global Knowledge
• LearnQuest
• Ingram Micro Training
• Avnet
• Arrow

• IBM offered Private Onsite or Virtual classes - No one knows our products better than we do!  IBM instructors add value to the training experience when you schedule a private onsite or virtual class.  The following conditions must be met to qualify for a private onsite or virtual class:

• The class must have four or more attendees
• The class is instructor-led or delivered virtually through the web
• All attendees must be from the same customer to ensure any and all technical requirements for onsite training are met.
• The customer must provide a point-of-contact so we can ensure all technical requirements are met.

Use the code:  ECMTrain when you call in to schedule your private class.  A Statement of Work (SOW) will include the training agreement and terms for your company before the class is scheduled.
