Six IEA modules updated on YouTube

IBM Education Assistant (IEA) was started in 2006.  It is an external website with over 6000 short, focused, multimedia modules that are designed to help customers solve technical problems independently, in other words, eSupport.  It is also a valuable source of info and training for IBM internal field professionals, such as TechSales, IT architects/IT specialists, support, services, GTS, GBS and business partners channels.

ECM Support has released six new IEA modules (recordings) on YouTube on the following topics:

• FileNet Capture folders in FileNet Image Services and using MKF_tool
• IBM Capture Scan Troubleshooting  using the ISIS Pixel Translations Driver
• FileNet Capture Professional 5.2.1 with P8 Content Engine V4.2
• How to Install IDM on Windows 7
• How to Setup a Desktop for IDM V4.0.3 Content Services V5.5 Fix Pack 1 for 64-bit workstations
• How to Setup a Print Queue with FileNet Image Services
