Are you aware of IBM’s software delivery lifecycle policies? 

Oh, why do you ask?

 

 

Check out our End of Support information for IBM, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products letter, that identifies product end-of-support information and the date that end-of-support will be effective.  Look at the product list shown in the letter.  Please understand these are releases that have already, or will reach end-of-support in 2015.  You can verify that your systems are on the current IBM support releases at IBM’s Software Support Lifecycle

We don’t want you to reach the end of the road!  We want to help you avoid frustration.  So, we have a number of options available to you.

· Obtain a Service Extension prior to opening a PMR to be sure the PMR is serviced properly

· Verify you have the proper Software Subscription and Support contracts in place so you have access to current code releases to a newer release
