Announcing Watson Dialog !

Watson Dialog, available this weekend within technical content, will provide an enhanced Support Portal Search function.

When our clients use the Support Portal search, we will help them navigate and get to the information they are looking for by running the search term through Watson Dialog.  This is a powerful rules-based implementation.  We can create rules based on feedback, metrics and survey data and then suggest helpful links.  We can add/modify/edit rules without a Support Portal recycle or deploy!  This is our first step towards a "smart" search bar.

Watson Dialog allow users coming from Google and other search engines to search  right from a document page and see an upfront list of suggested links returned by Watson or continue the search to get enterprise search results.
