An enhanced IBM My Notifications interface is now available to streamline product selection, subscription preferences, and more! These changes are all designed to make it faster and easier for you to start receiving support information about the IBM products you use in your organization.
Get signed up! (or modify your subscriptions)
- Visit My Notifications at ibm.co/MyNotifications
- Sign in with your IBM ID and password
- To add a new product, search for the product name in the Product Lookup field, and then click the Subscribe link beside the product name
- To change an existing subscription, click the Edit or Unsubscribe link beside the product name in your Product list.
- You’re done. Simple, right?
Set your delivery preferences
- After accessing My Notifications and logging in, click the Delivery Preferences link under Product Subscriptions.
- Modify your preferences and click the Submit button.
