Many smaller management providers in the market have carved a niche in specific areas of IT Service Management. By doing this for an area of Systems Management those vendors have made "speed" for a domain more important than lifecycle, optimization, integration, and end to end. But none of them have solved the biggest problems our clients face which is how do you get an integrated view of systems management that drives business and expense optimization? That implies that you as an IT shop don't have to integrate 4 or 5 different vendors Saas solutions, and at times you may want to have a choice of running in both on-prem and Saas modes with the ability to change on demand your licensing and technology model as your business needs change.
