Test Virtualization is critical to allow CSPs, communication service providers like AT&T, Verizon, Orange, etc collaborate with the network equipment manufacturers. Without this virtualization it is tough for these groups to understand the complete network topology in a specific customer situation without having to bring up an entire network just for testing purposes.
