Abstract
Tutorials with sample IBM Case Manager solutions (updated)

To help illustrate how IBM Case Manager can be used in various case scenarios, concurrent with the initial release of IBM Case Manager, we provided two tutorials with sample IBM Case Manager solutions for Credit Card Dispute Management (Finance) and Auto Claims Management (Insurance). The tutorials include deployment instruction and a demo script that can be used as learning tools for new users of IBM Case Manager.
These tutorials and downloadable demo assets included are now updated for IBM Case Manager 5.2.
The Credit Card Dispute Management assets can be used as a first introduction into IBM Case Manager. The Auto Claims assets go one step further; they include examples of business rules, external data and scripting to customize the UI, and provide insight in the new capabilities introduced in IBM Case Manager 5.2.
