Two plug-ins for IBM Case Manager to enrich the client experience of your solutions:

Case packager plug-in: This plug-in enhances IBM Case Manager with the ability to package a case, including the case data, related cases, case information, case documents, and customer properties, into a compressed package. The generated package can be added to the case document folder. The compressed package includes a PDF document, which describes the case summary, and the selected case documents. The plug-in contains a deployment guide and a user guide in the documents folder, and the binary file in the package folder. To deploy the plug-in into IBM Case Manager, see the deployment guide. Case meeting plug-in: This plug-in enhances IBM Case Manager with the ability to conduct a meeting for a case, including the meeting attendees, time and date, subject, and meeting notes, and send an email summary after the meeting. The plug-in also generates a PDF document for the meeting summary and adds the PDF document into the case document. The plug-in contains a deployment guide and a user guide in the documents folder, and the binary file in the package folder. To deploy the plug-in into IBM Case Manager, see the deployment guide.
