Case Package plug-in
The Case Package widget enhances IBM Case Manager with the ability to package a case, including the case data, related cases, case information, case documents and customer properties, into a zip archive, and add the archive as a case document. The zip archive includes a PDF document that has captured the case summary and the selected case documents. The plug-in contains an installation guide and a user guide in the documents folder and the binaries in the package folder. Please refer to the installation guide to install and configure the plug-in into IBM Case Manager. And refer to the user guide for more details on the widget.
Conduct Meeting Plug-in
The Conduct Meeting widget enhances IBM Case Manager with the ability to conduct a meeting for a case, including the meeting attendees, time and date, subject, and meeting notes, and send an email summary after the meeting. The widget also generates a PDF document for the meeting summary and adds the PDF document to the case. The plug-in contains an installation guide and a user guide in the documents folder and the binaries in the package folder. Please refer to the installation guide to install and configure the plug-in into IBM Case Manager. And refer to the user guide for more details on the widget.
