Abstract
Add a Document with an Entry Template using ICM 5.2

This article builds upon an excellent article found here
(/support/pages/node/1281586)
and expands upon it to deliver the following:
- Adding menus to the Case Info widget.
- Use of Script Actions.
- Use of the Properties Controller Manager to get the most up to date property values.
- Use of ICN API to invoke an Entry Template.
- Pass values from the current ICM case / work object into the Entry Template.
- Make Entry Template property fields read-only (meaning the user cannot amend a value that has been passed into the Entry Template from the corresponding Case property).
- Add the document back into the current Case.
