SmartCloud Control Desk 7.5.1 features a new header section in the Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes and Releases applications. This header enables you to rapidly determine the current state of a request and act on that information without delay. Note that the header is shown only on the main (first) tab of the applications.
Here are some new icons found in the applications:
1) Application icon
The application icon is the large icon on far left side of the header. First, the classification is examined to see if it has an associated icon. If so, then it is displayed. If not, then the default icon for that application is shown:

Note: By default, no icons are associated with classifications. You can associate icons using the Add/Modify Image action in the Classifications application.
2) Global ticket icons
Ticket is neither global nor related to global ticket. |

3) Service Bulletin icons
There is no service bulletin for the ticket. | |

Change workflow assignment
The change workflow assignment widget in the Changes application has been relabeled. It was called Current Workflow Assignments in Version 7.5, but it is now called Current Work Item. The functionality has not changed, only the title and appearance.
