Hi Richard, <div>&nbsp;</div> Can you pls describe a use case when this could be useful to launch an action from automation script. <div>&nbsp;</div> Thanks, <br /> Ravi

Hi Ravi, <div>&nbsp;</div> Sure, there are a number of use cases, but just to name a few: <div>&nbsp;</div> 1. mixing custom script actions with non-custom actions <br /> 2. chaining or conditionally invoking actions without using a workflow <br /> 3. Invoking a script or non-script action with dynamically derived parameters (the parameters are generated/derived by the script or come from a remote system via integration point) <div>&nbsp;</div> I definitely welcome more use cases, so feel free to share. <div>&nbsp;</div> Thanks for reading and commenting!
