Couple of days back, we've shipped WebSphere Cast Iron fixpack 188.8.131.52. This highly recommended fix pack in 6.1.x level, contains couple of important security fixes, so you may want to review them and upgrade to this level. This time in the announcement, we've added a separate tab for Download links, for various form factors, rather than having them in the main announcement. As the good practice, we've a document on any upcoming fixpacks, which will give you an heads up to plan your upgrades.

What the survey found about these four technologies is astounding:
Only one in 10 organizations say they have all the skills they need
60% or more of the IT/LOB decision makers agreed there is a moderate to major skills gaps
Nearly half of the educators and students surveyed indicated major gaps in their institutions ability to meet IT skill needs
Security is one of the top two barriers to adopting business critical technology

- There was a refresh to Studio build recently to address a scenario where-in there is an error when trying to publish projects having nillable fields being mapped.
- Along with this 6109 release, there was a refresh of the following Type II aka CDK connectors; Force.comBulkAPI, Taleo, RightNow.
Pls note the minimum Studio version required to use these three refreshed connectors, is 220.127.116.11.
- Last week, a currency update of Force.comBulkAPI connector was released and uploaded to the community repository. The latest Force.comBulkAPI connector version 1.2, now supports Salesforce.com API version 25.
