After applying IBM Control Desk 22.214.171.124 fix pack, it was observed that opening Self Service Center (SRMSSCTR) application takes long time - up to a few minutes.
Please add following Global Data Restriction :-
1. Go To -> Security -> Security Groups application.
2. More Actions -> Global Data Restrictions
3. Click on New Row and create the following restriction:
- Object: MAXUSER
- Application: SRMSSCTR
- Type: QUALIFIED
- Condition: PMSCSSCORG
4. Click OK.
