The inventor and 1980's infomercial giant,Ron Popeil coined the a famous pitch phrase, "Set it and Forget it" for selling his rotisserie ovens. They were a huge success. Unfortunately organizations do not have a "set it and forget it" button. Many efforts fail because senior leadership delegates too much of the hard work of pushing change.
