    Removing obsolete config for old OMNIbus Web GUI users

    Currently in OMNIbus Web GUI, if a filter is created and assigned to a group of several users, each user will have their own copy of that filter, which manifests itself inside a " filter.xml " file within the Web GUI configuration directories. This may result in many files being created on the file system, which remain in place even when a user is removed from TIP, or when they are no longer a Web GUI user (by having their Web GUI roles removed).
