Welcome to Pulse 2013. For the Network Management, Service Assurance (NSA) , Operations Network and Application Performance Management streams, i wanted to introduce myself and my team. I am Stuart Asbury and my Team is responsible for the WW customer support for all our clients using IBM's NSA and Business Service Management (BSM) solutions.
With Pulse only a few days away, I am looking forward to seeing and speaking with many of you at the conference. This is an exciting year for us at Pulse, with over 25 clients presenting their success stories with Tivoli's network and application performance management software. IBM is also proud to offer a number of sessions from IBM technical experts, providing an overview of Tivoli's offerings, features planned for this portfolio, and the best practices you can implement to make the most of our software..
While at Pulse, I hope you'll make time to visit the Solution Expo Hall, where you can meet IBM and Business Partner experts sharing solutions and innovations involving our products. This year, we're happy to feature a number of demonstration pedestals in the Cloud & IT Optimization section of the floor, as well as some highlighted sessions in the Expo Theater and Meet the Experts Panel. The Solution Expo Hall is open Sunday evening and from noon each day Monday through Wednesday.
