A couple of months ago at our Interconnect conference, I was on a panel that led to an interesting discussion with a customer. A few weeks ago I delivered a session on Scaling Agile Planning to Support Large Distributed Programs at the 2014 IBM Innovate conference. The session was well received so have posted a copy of the slides for anyone interested, c lick here .
In this session, I discussed my lesson learned applying Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to solve some of the common scaling challenges at several large organizations where I consulted an an agile coach and scrummaster.
