Integrating Netcool/Impact data with JazzSM Dashboard

So, you have Netcool/Impact, you have some data, you have JazzSM, and you need
to get that data from Impact into a JazzSM Dashboard.

I have some great news for you! There is a wonderful tutorial on how to use
a Netcool/Impact Policy to pull that data from your database and display that data
in a JazzSM Topology widget on a dashboard.
