Spot on Scott... it's all about attitudes: curiousity, a desire to keep improving, looking for simplicity etc. whilst appreciating the fundamental (mostly Lean) principles that underpin all this.<div>&nbsp;</div> I have a client working on highly complex algorithms and modelling engines - and they have found ways to incorporate Scrum/Lean principles into their work. <div>&nbsp;</div> Middle management's response to the de-layering that Scrum demands has been one of the trickiest cultural obstacles to overcome, in my experience.
