... which is much more desirable than an ever-expanding waistline!

Back in October, Maryam Ahmed reminded our viewers "
We Still Love Your Feedback". In December, Luc Leblanc shared our current social media channel implementation with his entry "
How Social Are We?" and also mentioned us making the foray into YouTube. Well, I'm pleased to tell you that we've expanded into YouTube and LinkedIn.

For YouTube, we've chosen to help create and distribute content as playlist(s) for one or more of the following channels, as applicable:
Why are taking the approach of using playlists on established channels vs. creating our own channel to start? Well, to avoid client fatigue and dissatisfaction. It would be yet another place to go for content. Additionally, if we were to establish our own channel but not have a steady stream of content, people will unsubscribe because they will see it as a flash in the pan as opposed to something that is here to stay.

And we're also expanding in to
LinkedIn. Our accounts on
Twitter, Facebook and developerWorks allow for the creation and promotion of relevant and useful content to our clients as the primary goal. We also take feedback through direct messages, @replies, and comments. However, on LinkedIn, we are trying to establish more interactivity with our clients and engage them in actual discussions. LinkedIn has the unique structure which will allow us to have open "discussions". I invite you to join the group and join in or start a new discussion. I look forward to linking up with you on LinkedIn.
