WebSphere SDK update package names can cause confusion

The naming conventions for SDK updates for WebSphere on Fix Central have caused confusion.  We have had clients open PMRs thinking that an update for SDK 8 on WAS 8.5 was referencing an SDK update for WebSphere V8.0 because of the name of the file.  Hopefully this will offer clarification.

For WebSphere Application Server V8.5, the leading numbers for SDK 8, 7.1 and 7.0 refer to the SDK version, not the WebSphere version.  SDK 6.0.1 used a naming convention that doesn't follow the same pattern.  In Fix Central, the "Applies to versions" designates the WebSphere Application Server version that that particular SDK update is able to be installed on.

Because SDK 6.0.1 (aka Java 6/26) is the default SDK for WebSphere V8.5, updates did not use the same naming conventions as the other SDK updates.  It was named with the leading 8.5.0.0,

These naming conventions won't be changed now that WebSphere V8.5 is established and almost 4 years old.
