Every so often, I share a blog about our social support program and what's happening with our social media channels. I have a few things to share today, for which I'm really excited. Firstly, I have moved into the role of Manager, for Social Support Enablement for the Cloud Technical Support Organization. Secondly, our new Social Business Program Manager, is @Kim McCall, who you may remember from some of her posts on DataPower. We're looking to continue the efforts we've undertaken in sharing relevant expertise to make our clients successful. We also have some more exciting news. The product portfolio that has made up the combination of WebSphere, Rational, and ITSM (Tivoli) that merged into Middleware in 2015, has now joined the IBM Cloud Family. If you think of software in terms of a car, Middleware is the chassis. Now we're moving toward the future with Cloud. As such, we've decided to consolidate some of our channels, beginning with Facebook. You may have seen this post on Friday, May 13th, and seriously, it's good news. We've renamed our former WebSphere and CICS Support Facebook page to IBM Cloud Technical Support. We will manage our posts using the product-specific hashtags so that clients can look for the topics and products that they care about. This is just the beginning. Kim will share more as we continue to move forward.
