Abstract: Traditional backup and restore is no longer sufficient to meet the challenges of the modern IT infrastructure. Not only has the volume and type of data exploded, but organizations need to provide greater availability of that data for both primary systems and secondary environments needing to reuse it for a variety of reasons. As these new needs surface, different regulations or threats of cyber-attacks need to be addressed as well.
This session discusses how to better protect and make it easier to reuse your data while meeting new regulatory requirements and protecting against new threats, all while controlling or reducing costs.
