Debugging: BIRT immediate reports run but Direct Print and Scheduled reports fail.
In Maximo 7.5.0.3 Fix Pack BIRT version was upgraded from 2.3.2 to 3.7.1. After upgrading from a pre-Maximo 7.5.0.3 version to Maximo 7.5.0.3 or higher version, sometimes BIRT immediate reports run but Direct Print and Scheduled reports fail. This might be an installation problem. Check the number of files in applications\maximo\maximouiweb\webmodule\WEB-INF\birt\platform\plugins directory (do not include directories in this count).
