When a person's Locale is set to RU, the History flag and all Yes/No flags in the system are displayed as question marks in the Advanced Search screen in applications. It is important to have maximo db2 database to run in ARCHIVE mode in Production environments. This configuration will allow the Roll Forward recovery option and and restore the database to the closest possible point in time before the crash.
