WMATL is a status used on work orders to indicate the lack of availability of planned material. Users plans for material on the plans tab, material subtab, users add the quantity needed and storeroom the item will be sourced from. When changing the status of the Work Order from the change status dialog you might be asking yourself why the notification is not working. The SMTP properties are properly set and the e-mail address looks good in the Notification E-mail field. So, what is wrong?   The notification will only be sent if the 'Change work order status in back ground ' checkbox is checked.
