What's Different in Maximo Calibration 7.5?

The difference in Calibration 7.5 is that calibration features are no longer in cloned (Cal) applications. Calibration functionality has been merged into the core application and is enabled once the calibration license has been installed. For example, in the Asset application a new field 'Calibration?' will be shown and when checked the Calibration Details for that asset will be displayed.
For existing Maximo Calibration clients that are upgrading to 7.5, there are scripts that must be run during the upgrade process. These scripts are documented in the Maximo
7.5 Upgrade guide and are required to identify existing Calibration Assets.
The Calibration? field in the Asset application will be set to 'Yes' when the following is determined:
(1) If any Calibration detail fields are populated in the Asset application.
(2) If the Asset is associated to a Data Sheet.
(3) If the asset has a PM against it with a work type of type = ‘CAL’.
(4) If a Work Order was generated against this asset with a work type of type = ‘CAL’.
