This white paper is based on a presentation made to the Tivoli User Community by Tim Clougherty, Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Manchester in New Hampshire. The presentation provided an overview of the implementation journey with IBM’s Maximo Asset Management software.
The City of Manchester is currently using Maximo as the centerpiece for a complete revamp of processes and work structures, looking to constrain costs while delivering the uptime and KPIs needed to improve City services and better manage limited resources.
