We've added a new widget to Maximo and SmartCloud Control Desk 7.5 to support Rich Text within the User Interface.

Existing customers upgrading to Maximo 7.5 should be aware of certain considerations to support the new Rich Text widget. New customers looking to integrate data with external systems should also be aware of how this Rich Text is handled at the integration layer. Please take a look at this presentation
