Personal Property application on Maximo for Government

Abstract

This article aims at presenting an overview of Personal Property application on Maximo for Government and how can we use it.

Introduction

Personal Property on Maximo for Government is used to add, show property records details and to perform transactions on them. It is also used to return these transactions, report transactions to the UID (unique identification) system and create property upload files.

The Personal Property (Gv) application has the following tabs:

List: is used to search for items that has government property records.

Property: is used to view the details of government property records added. 

  

The Personal Property (Gv) application has the following Actions:

UIIs:

Capture UII: is used to capture UID information for an asset

Assign / Mark UIIs: is used to generate UII (unique item identifiers) and to generate UII marks. 

Property Transactions:

Create Property Transactions: is used to perform transactions on property records.

Minus Property Transaction: is used to return property transactions.

View Property History: is used to view the history of property transactions.

  

Property Upload Files:

Create Property Upload Files: is used to search, select property transactions and create upload files for transactions.

View Property Upload Files: is used to view property upload files.

 

Create Property Transaction Reports: is used to create a report transactions to the UID system.

View Property Transaction Reports: is used to view the details of transactions.

Edit Property Transaction Reports: is used to add or remove transactions from a UID report and to edit the details of transactions.

Run Property Transaction Reports: to run transaction reports to the UID system
