Abstract
Including a memo in a communication from a workflow routing action

During a workflow routing action, a user can enter a memo that you might want to include in your communications to other users.
You can add a substitution variable to your communication template to enable the current memo to be included in the email message sent to users when a workflow routing action is performed on a record.
For this to work correctly, the required format for this substitution variable must be:
:WFASSIGNMENT.currentmemo
Note: You must have TPAE 7.5.0.3 or higher for this new function to be available.
