What is it?
Configurable Tools to enable integration of Maximo and TRIRIGA to support an integrated move management process. Leverage your existing Maximo implementation to get TRIRIGA up and running quickly
This supported release, is the first phase of integration work between Maximo and TRIRIGA. The initial use case being addressed is to connect the processes of planning moves in TRIRIGA with the execution of those moves being performed in Maximo. The intent is to leverage the best capabilities of each system to improve space planning and execution, increase facility utilization and control costs.
The enablement of this integration from a technical perspective is provided through additional components for each solution. There are new UI and integration components enabled to support the synchronization of master (portfolio) data and transactional data. The installation of this solution will provide these new components.
Master data, referred to as Portfolio data in TRIRIGA, are made up of Locations, Assets and People. Integration will enable bi-directional synchronization of these between the applications and provide an opportunity for existing Maximo customers to leverage their implementation to seed a new TRIRIGA environment.
Transactional data encompass the initial space requests captured in Maximo and leading to the creation of a TRIRIGA Work Request for proper space planning. Using the work request, a TRIRIGA space planner creates tasks during the planning process and when ready, the tasks will be integrated to Maximo as Work Orders for the execution. Costs captured during the work execution will be integrated to the TRIRIGA tasks and upon completion, the assets and/or persons will be changed to reflect their new locations as a result of the move.
At the close of the move process, move requests with costs can be analyzed within TRIRIGA and surveys can be sent to those affected by the move to collect feedback in order to identify improvements for the Move processes.
