Buried for over 2,000 years, 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots and over 600 horses were discovered in 1974 in Xian, China when farmers were digging a well. 

Chinese Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi commanded the build of this amazing underground army, and seeing the vastness of the warriors in pits larger than two football fields, is incredible and breathtaking.  The detail and uniqueness of the terracotta warriors is truly the greatest archaeological finds of our time. 

Likewise, you may find you need to create reports with a custom page size to meet the unique needs of your users or business.   

As detailed on this wiki page, page size is the physical size of the paper.  Typical paper sizes include Letter (8.5 x 11 inches), Legal (8.5 x 14 inches) and A4 (210 × 297 mm).   Page Orientation refers to the page layout.  Page orientation can either be portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal).  
 
 The Version 7 report library delivers Letter and A4 page size, along with both landscape and portrait orientation as highlighted in the graph below.  Depending on the page size and orientation you use, the available space for report content will vary.   This is highlighted in the last column of the graph titled 'Available Width for Text'

You may need to add a new paper size if you have unique paper size requirements for labels or special reports.   In this document, an example is detailed on how you can add a new page size, which have a unique, smaller paper size of 2 x 3 inches as shown below.

You can add a new page size by following these three top level steps  –

1.    Add a new Master Page for the unique label size within the MaximoSystemLibrary file.  
 
2.    Create a new template using the new Master Page label size.
 
3.    Develop new label report from the new label template.
