Abstract
Resolving error : (BMXAA2249E - The file being attached exceeds the size

To resolve this error please navigate to the Application Designer ,select
External System Application and export the Presentation XML.
Look for the string:
<uploadfile id="importfile_file_2_1" label="Specify Import File"
oklabel ="OK" cancellabel="Cancel" event="loadData" maxfilesize="200"
/>
Change maxfilesize to large number ( size of the file you importing) , export XML
and restart a server. You should be all set.
