Maximo Scheduler - Missing Asset and Location Availability Dialogs

In Maximo Scheduler, Assets application has the following options available from Select Action > Asset Availability:

. Define Asset Operational Schedule
. Manage Asset Operational Schedule
. Define Asset Maintenance Schedule
. Manage Asset Maintenance Schedule

And Locations application has the following options available from Select Action > Location Availability:

. Define Location Operational Schedule
. Manage Location Operational Schedule
. Define Location Maintenance Schedule
. Manage Location Maintenance Schedule

Eventually while clicking on that options the corresponding dialog does not open.

As a workaround, we need to add the missing dialog sections in both Assets and Locations presentations as described in the technotes below:
