In all applications, when using the attach image option, you receive a message that states that the file is not valid or is not in the selected directory.

Service Requests

The Public filter by option is not working properly in the Select Value dialog box in the Asset or Location field. For example, if you enter a site value in the ASSETSITEID field, the Public filter by option should show assets from the site value entered. However, the Public filter by option shows assets from all sites.

Graphical Assignment

When attempting to use the GANTT View from the Graphical Scheduler application, the left-side section that displays work, tasks, and descriptions freezes up. When it freezes, it will not move with the schedule in the right-side section. It does not allow you to scroll or select items from the window.

When using the DB2 text search functionality and specifying the wildcard % or * character the following error occurs: BMXAA6714E - The data for the next record in the mboset could not be retrieved for the SQL query. SQL errors are returned when the wildcard characters are not enclosed in double quotes. It should not be necessary to enclose search terms using wildcard characters in double-quotes.

When entering in a where clause, you receive the following message instead of having the scoring method saved and applied to the assets matching the query or expression definition: BMXAA4049E - The value specified exceeds the maximum field length that is allowed for this attribute.

Changes made on the MAXAPPS.APP attribute do not reflect on the SAMEAS objects and attributes.
