Issue with Date Format in Excel when you use the download option from the List tab

Hello,

Have you see this behavior when using the down load link from with in your applications?  You may depending upon what version of Maximo (7.6) and version of Excel (2010) you are using.

If you have experienced this behavior we have a setting this that you can try that has worked for other clients in the past.

webclient.downloaddatetimeastext

To solve this issue you should this property.:

If your value is set 0, change it to 1.

1) Go to System Configuration > Platform Configuration > System Properties

2) In the "Global Properties" find for webclient.downloaddatetimeastext

3) Expand the row and into the "Global Value" field change the value to 1

4) Save

5) Select the row and click "Live Refresh" action
