Abstract

Incorrect go to link in Workorder Tracking Advanced Search Field for Owner Group field

Have you noticed that in the Workorder Tracking More Search Fields dialog, the go to link for the
Owner Group field is pointed to the Person application instead of the
Person Group application

This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IV95301 and should be fixed on future release.

However, there is an easy workaround for this using Application Desingner.

Go to App Designer and filter for WOTRACK App
Next is click on the Edit Dialogs Icon and click on searchmore
Look for the Owner Group Field then Right Click  and click on Properties
Then replace Go To Applications field with PERSONGR

Save and now the Owner Group Field should now direct you to the Persons Group Application.
